Ignazio Taccia and Concetta Guglielmino Marriage Extract

32-year-old Ignazio Taccia married 30-year-old Maria Concetta Guglielmino on February 18, 1843. The note accompaning the extract says Ignazio was born in Caltagirone probably in 1811. Since the marriage was early in the year, I'm concluding that he was born in 1810, and Maria Concetta in 1812. Ignazio's parents were Nicolo Taccia and Maria Cancemi, neither of whom were still alive when the marriage took place. Both of his parents were probably born in Caltagirone, before 1800. Maria Concetta was born in Grammichele, but because it was before 1820, there is no record of her birth. Civil records were not recorded in Sicily until 1820.
