Maria DePasquale Straniero Death Certificate
Very confusing. Although the date of death is recorded as August 15, 1920, the information provided by the doctor says he first began treatment of Maria on July 22 and that she died that same day. The hand-written notation says "Full term living child". I have found no evidence that a child was born (and survived).
A year after Maria's death, Sebastiano married Rose Toscano. Rose was pregnant with Ann when Sebastiano was murdered in March of 1922.
Rose gave birth to Ann on October 14, 1922. Sebastiano's brother Nicolo married Rose in 1926.
