Sebastiano Cannizzaro Immigration Records

Note: Sebastiano first arrived in America in 1905, but I have been unable to find a passenger list to verify this.
His sons Michele and Salvatore joined him in 1906.

The documents below show that he and Michele returned to Italy in 1913 to get his family and return to New York.
Arriving with him in 1913 were Michele, Concetta and Giuseppe.
His wife Francesca and youngest son Giovanni would join them in 1914.

Line

For some reason, the passenger record for Sebastiano's children, shown below, was 10 pages apart from his.
Michael is now 26 and his occupation is "iron Monger" and someone has penciled in "Blacksmith."
16-year-old Concetta has an occupation, but I am unable to decipher it. Giuseppe is 16 and a laborer.
They left their mother Francesca DiRaimondo in Italy.

The document below shows they were detained for one day. The cause of detention is listed as "Sec 11 LPC Und 15 11:55 Fitzgld."
The only part of this that I can identify is LPC, which stands for "Likely to become a Public Charge."
This usually indicated the immigrant didn't have money, didn't have a destination address in the U.S., or didn't have someone to meet them.
The probable answer is that Salvatore couldn't come for them until the next day. They had 3 breakfasts, 6 dinners and 3 suppers.
But, where is Sebastiano? He does not appear on the detainees list.
