The Margaret

This was Fran and Frank's summer home.

In July of 1959 several of us took a cruise up the Hudson River aboard The Margaret. It was me, Jane, Nan, Patty and her boyfriend Johnny, Aunt Minnie, Nannie and, of course, Aunt Fran and Uncle Frank. All of us cozied aboard Uncle Frank's boat for a week. This was the infamous SORRY episode. The board game was the only entertainment that we kids had each evening. The game usually ended in a lot of shouting and the adults soon took it away.
